The place is, to put it, awful.

For starters the rent is OUTRAGEOUS.

I mean, it is Columbia...

but the apartment is under 600 square feet, and is over 800 a month! Thats not including the pet rent which is an additional 50.

You'd think for that price the place would be really good...

nope.

Not at all.

Lets start with the pest problem.

It started with the ants...

which reared their ugly head.

We bought spray, traps, and bombs...

and still they live! They are all in the kitchen so we can't leave ANY food out otherwise they swarm.

They've also taken over parts of the bedroom.

Every day i am spraying ants away.

Its rediculous.

They sent an exterminator out, but apparently that didn't work.

Also, the roaches have finally reared their head.

Now lets move onto the mantience.

They suck.

They were supposed to come, but never did, and never called to let us know.

We told them we thought we had a leaky pipe, whcih they claimed was an emergency.

Some emergency.

The quality of the place sucks.

We have 2 sliding mirror closet doors, both of which fell off the track, one of which fell over compleatly and shattered.

In the bathroomt he celing has 2 water bubbles and a large hole from where LAST summer there was a leaky pipe and it rotted through the drywall.

Now i'll move onto the place itself.

THe neighbours i have aren't awful, in fact i never here them.

But go outside and you're bound to see people loitering in the stairwells our outside fixing their cars or meeting up on the sidewalk.

The apartment complex needs the name and address of these people...

yea, like i am going to walk up to them and say "I want to report you, where do you live'".

They recommend calling the cops...

the cops have better things to do.

In other words, they don't deal with the problem.

Also there is section 8 housing right behind the apartments, so there are nightly cop visits.

Overall, don't waste your money.

Live outside Columbia and commute in, or if you have to find somewhere else.

i DO NOT reccomend this place to ANYONE.

Its overpriced and crappy!
