dorseys forge was my first apartment, and it was a while ago, but i had the 2 br 2 bath and i paid 880 a month. we never had roach or ant problems even though we werent the cleanest of people. i lived on the third floor and the people below us were extremely loud but they would turn the music down if we knocked on their door. my only complaint about the complex is (and its a big one) the safety. it sounds crazy, i know, but someone was shot on the stairs of my building and then he knocked on our door trying to find a place to hide. then, as if that wasnt bad enough, one night while returning home with some friends, a group of guys ran up and just punched one of my friends in the face and ran off. the management and maintenance was always good to us, but i couldnt bring myself to stay there. also, none of our electrical outlets worked correctly. the plugs always just fell right out.
