We moved here because we were hoping to save some money and this is one of the cheapest places in Columbia. Let's just say you get what you pay for. WE have had MULTIPLE problems with maintenance, noise, and especially cleanliness. We actually had to call the health dept once (they didn't respond, though) because our disposal emptied out onto the floor of the building's laundry room. We have been waiting to get out of here for months! Even though our next rent will be much more, it's completely worth every penny!
