I lived here for a short period in 07 and I do mean short because I broke the lease because of NOISE! You go to the office and report it and nothing gets done. Be late on your rent....see how fast they respond! I moved back here in Sept 08. My apartment was supposed to be "renovated". It is...renovated mess! The noise is worse, tenants bar-b-que on the balcony's, the -------- urinate in the hallways, climb thru windows, leave beer bottles/cans all over the place. They have gotten rid of the cleaning crew who use to clean daily and therefore your lucky if your hallway gets cleaned every 3 months. The washer/dryer in the so called "renovated" units is extremely small which forces you to use the laundry room. Not to mention the extremely high BGE bill if you use the dryer in your apartment. Needless to say I am NOT renewing my lease and can't wait to get out of here. The rents are extremely high (1600 ) for a 3 bedroom and just not worth the headache that goes with it. If your thinking about sleeping in late on the weekends, forget it. Parents let their children out as early as 9:30 screaming and playing underneath your windows. The teenagers use the play area which is meant for the children to drink, smoke and do drugs in the evenings. 2 bedroom apartments are usually leased out to a family and then they (--------) call for the entire ship to come and stay with them.
