Wood burning fireplace with the vent lever on the INSIDE of the fireplace. 42 LCD HDTV wall mounted and vaulted ceilings. Access to a pool and a private entry gym Grand Pointe 14% Recommended May 02 2008: I have been in Grand Pointe for one year (yes - like fools we renewed our lease). In the beginning - we thought not too bad - we relocated from New York - and in NYC we lived in a Grand Pointe 14% Recommended Apr 29 2008: I agree with what everyone else has said about this hellhole. I have filed multiple complaints with, but what a surprise ... nothing happens. We had cockroaches and now bedbugs. It's old and I am sure there is black mold growing in my apartment from various leaks. Random people come to my door and it scares me.
