My boyfriend and I have lived here since January and when the lease runs out, we are planning to renew the lease for another 12 months. The staff has always been polite and maintenance problems (there have only been a few and one was our fault) are fixed in a short amount of time. The community is lovely and the staff is a delight. They really do try to make you feel appreciated (ex. sending birthday cards and organizing get-togethers with the neighbors).

We have had a few problems since moving in but none have been the fault of Carlyle (just our bad luck).

The only thing I would want to change is the pet policy to allow dogs. Other than that everything is great.
