Pros:
-Large apartments
-Renovations mean most apartments have all new appliances and often built-in washers and dryers.
-Rent is fairly affordable.
-Hardwood floors in the entire apartment
-Decent new workout room

Cons:
-On movein, they didn't even have our apartment finished. I had to wait around with my stuff all day.
-Aside from that there is a small leak in one of my windows that they still refuse to fix. Even with a cup underneath the leak, I have to replace it every few hours during a large storm.
-Mediocre but not horrible looking paint job. Mostly the maintenance people didn't sand the walls when they finished.
-They need to fix the last elevator! At any given time, there is always one elevator broken down and two operations. This really isn't enough during morning and evening hours.
-Heating and AC based on small independent wall unis.

This is the wrong Carlyle apartments. The Carlyle apartments in Crofton do not have elevators, so this is a misplaced review.

Uhh, yeah, I lived there for two years and was trying to figure that one out LOL.
