Nice as a last resort

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
Bad neighborhood, old appliances in units, police always coming around, disgusting hallways, old broken washing machines in laundary facility, rent too high, garbage removal inefficient, old broken windows would not open, no screens in windows... Only stay here TEMPROARILY if no other options are open. Not a place to call "home". Even have to pay extra money to use the community pool. Had a horrible problem with snow removal during the blizzard, totally inadequate. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
