Towing is not enforced and parking is a nightmare on weekday nights. Parking is fine otherwise. Cannot hear neighbors from inside your apartment. However, residents are not respectful when in common areas. Older appliances and pipes--have had some problems with leaks and appliances breaking. Maintenance responds in a timely manner, but it often took multiple visits to convince them of a problem and to get it corrected. The leasing office staff can be rude and difficult to deal with. Overall living there was not bad, just not ideal. We were not sad to leave.
