Some of the neighbors are up all hours of the night in the parking lot. You cannot hear people in their apartments at all, but you can hear the outside noise almost constantly. Generally, almost every night you will hear loud music coming from cars, and people squealing their tires. I have also witnessed 3 car accidents in the parking lot since I have lived here. 2 of them involved physically running into a building. I have also had problems with my newspapers being stolen on a regular basis.

Other issues we have had would be our window randomly cracked and shattered and we did not receive a replacement for a good 4 days.
