Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
Ridiculously high rent for what you get; low life neighbors (illegal aliens; drunks who hang out on steps and taunt those who walk by); constant smells in foyer that permeate into apartment; MD highway 3 noise is loud ALL NIGHT LONG if you live facing the road. Signed 12 month lease, moved out after 10 months.
