Been here over four years and plan on remaining a little longer. Apartments are older, but management is renovating them. Only issue with complex is that management does turn over and while we had fantastic crew in 1999, the middle years saw a run down of management and maintenance. Management has changed again end of last year and things are on upswing. Parking is somewhat limited depending on what building you live in, but the apartments are solidly built, stay warm in winter and cool in summer for the most part. Moved from one apartment to another in same complex to get more space and staff could not have been more helpful. Downside is there is no place for children to play so quite often they use the apartment landings as playground and this creates noise and annoyance. However rent is reasonable for the space you get.
