I agree with the other postings - my building smelled wretched and the people lingering on the front steps honestly frightened me as a single woman. The location is convenient, but I had many maintenance issues that were never fixed at all during my year there. The biggest issue was the broken window in the bedroom that they WOULD NOT replace. Parking didn't seem to be a problem, if you could avoid the creepy looking van that sat there for months on end without being moved.
