When I first moved in, it wasn't all that great. I am offended by the previous remarks about living in Tijuana & illegal aliens. I am a Hispanic female and I am an educated US citizen. Don't be so ignorant as to assume all --------- are illegal aliens when in fact, many of them are intelligent & carry college degrees that cannot be used because of the language barrier. My apt. is ALWAYS CLEAN. That said, the hallways in my bldg. are OK since the neighbor whose kid was destroying the hall finally moved. Management used to be nice but has had a couple of turnovers and now they are unfriendly. Other than the regular noise you hear when living in an apt., I have no problems. Although I have a neighbor that swears to the rental ofc. that I'm having a party all day & night when I'm not & complains about the most ridiculous sounds & rental ofc. believes her. Kitchens & bathrooms are old, ugly, & outdated for the rent they ask for. I asked for a new dishwasher because the one I have is very old and doesn't clean dishes well. Rental Ofc. said no. Looks like they renovate for new tenants only. Have had no trouble with pests (roaches, mice, etc.). Hope it won't come to that. Complex is nothing special to look at. Unfortunately, they can't pick & choose who can & can't live there as long as you qualify so it's really not their fault what kind of neighbors move in. With the rent they charge, they should hire at least two security people to drive through complex on regular basis. Will keep people from hanging around. Rent is too high for cheap, old, & outdated apts.
