could be the worst apt ever. there are more -------- than little tijuana. if there could be anything more overpriced i would shoot myself. literally, if you think that these condemnded apts are worth the money i will shoot myself. What a f*&^in dump!!!

First of all, I think you SHOULD shoot yourself for being a racial idiot. What's wrong with hardworking -------- in search for that American dream? I'm not a Mexican (proudly an Asian) but one thing that I noticed in this country is that white trash is not among the most hardworking people. Look who are picking your apples, serving your fat ass in restaurants, etc.... odd jobs (as you term them) that your sorry asses don't like? And oh, I think you need to re-learn your history so you could at least think about how your bigot forefathers kicked those -------- out from their own land in Texas, California, etc.... and you now calling them illegals. Now to an honest assessment of this apartment complex, I've been here for a while and I agree that the complex is not the best in the area. And I would say that management has something to do with it. I've been through 2 or 3 different management changes and it's true all previous staff were so very lousy. But in all fairness, I also think that the current management is doing a better job... better policy enforcement, parking lots just got resurfaced, new paint and roofing projects, etc. In short, the complex is generally improving.

I don't think most people bringing up the -------- are bigots - I think they are just fed up with over-occupancy (e.g. 12 people living in a 2 bedroom). I have experienced it at other complexes and it sucks because it adds to the noise and laundry machine use and sometimes the parking problems. I just wish these places would enforce occupancy - don't care what race the person is but many times they are Hispanic and illegal. Sorry!
