I think Crofton Village is a good place to live. I lived there from 1999-2000. I moved because of transportation problems, but I did not want to move. My apartment was fine, I had no problems. The management office and the maintenance department were courteous and respectful. I was shocked to read some of the reviews. Especially the ones that stated of the people standing around. When I lived in crofton village, I never saw anyone outside, as a matter of fact my children always asked, "Do children live here'", because we NEVER saw any children outside in Crofton Village.The only time we saw children and youth was in the morning when they were waiting for the school buses, we often wondered why they did not come outside' Yes, there needs to be playgrounds, play areas, and recreation center for the youth. Therefore, the mischief would decrease, one writer wrote
about the the fires in the hallways being done by the children. I never saw any adults, except for when I was leaving for work and returning home and other people were doing the same thing. As far as the noise level, the walls are soundproof, I know this for a fact, because I am a music lover and I blasted my music on a daily basis and no one complained. I waited for a complaint from the management, (whom were very, very strict), but there was none, because the walls are soundproof. In reference to the ---------, remember many of them are coming from other countries, they may think its okay to hang around. It is the management's job to tell them there is "No Loitering" and if they don't follow the rules, then management will have to deal with it. But remember, there are positive people and negative people in every race. There is no perfect race, if it were Jesus would not have been born. Some of the --------- are probably waiting for employment to come through, instead of condemning them, one should help them. Tell them about employment if you know of any. They come here for a better life for themselves and their families. What if you were in thier place, born in a poor country with no advantages and you leave to make life better, would'nt you go for it'
"Only God Can Judge" , you never know what a person has been through or is going through. What happen to UNITY' Yes, I think Crofton Village is a Good place to live. The only noise I heard were the races at the race track, which did not bother me.
