I lived in Crofton Village for less than 1 year and hated it. The windows are cheap so expect a hefty electric bill in the Winter and the neighborhood sucks. The kids are bad, people hanging out, selling drugs not safe if you are a pet owner trying to walk your dog. Also, the apartment staff is shady. The manager will do anything it takes to take all of your deposit and is very unresponsive.
