I have a current lease with these apartments and it's not up until May (Ugh!) ... the apartments are seriously outdated. Messed up tile, outdated and dirty tubs, stained carpet. In the summer time, -------- loiter on the steps of the building, playing loud music until all hours of the night (once until 4am). Smoke seeps through the poorly insulated windows. One night someone let fireworks off at 10:30 at night right outside of my window. It was not even close to the 4th of July. Another time, some drunk man was rolling around in the parking lot.

This place is a mess. I will say that since I have numerous complaints to the management here, they have made attempts to help with the situation. There was letter talking about the maximum occupancy for each apartment ... since there are some that try and squeeze 15 people into a three bedroom.

Don't even bother trying to use the laundry facilities in each building. They are small, not powerful enough. It took 4 runs through the dryer to get my clothes dry on the ONE TIME I actually got a chance to use the washer/dryer. Most of the time it's in use. The -------- go in shifts to keep the W/D constantly running.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE! You get what you pay for!!!!!
