Great property manager, Dave. Real nice guy and will personally call you back if you request it. Parking isn't great, no assigned spots. fairly well lit. not too great if you call and ask for something fixed.

when we first moved in a year ago, 2 floors above us had a bathroom flood and eventually leaked into our bathroom and flooded ours pretty badly. it took them 45 min to come and fix it. afterward, there was (and still is) a large water spot on our ceiling. I have called twice and nobody has come. (i feel this is a decent representation of their maintenence)
