This review is NEW.. my last was a few years ago...

I have been here for about 8 years. A few months ago, this complex was sold by the old manager Bozutto, to Birkshire. 55 Million was loaned to them. They are making major improvements in the pipes and steam cleaming the building. Basically, right now the place looks like a warzone until they finish.

The ISSUES are not about that...

1 - New management took over. EVERY person who uses electronic banking and sends rent to the SAME ADDRESS but with the Bozutto account numbers it seems HAD THE MONEY GO TO THE OLD OWNER. What did the new management do''' THEY GOT LEGAL EVICTION NOTICES AND COURT DATES and put it on everyones apartment affected!!! No warning no nothing.. They didnt realize that half the complex was deliquent'!'!

I had to check several times to make sure this was fixed and the court date was erased.. then AFTER that they send a rent warning letter.

The next month, I get a letter saying I owe them 18 dollars or so. I called and asked and the office person said "That is for your legal fees and late fees"... FOR THEIR MISTAKE'!!' I had to talk to the manager who fixed THAT.

Then they CUT the hours of the office down tremendously. Eliminated Sunday and made it open late and close early.

They are renovating all the apartments that are vacant. When signing a lease, they said they CAN NOT GUARANTEE that after I sign it, they will sill want to renovate my unit (while I am living there!)


They obviously are renovating the place to re-sell it.

In the meantime.. KEEP AWAY.. Unless you want to come home to eviction notices.

I have lived here for over 5 years, more than most people, and my lease will be coming up again soon.

DO NOT move here. I hasve been to the office 5 times to have my lease renewed and they say it is going on. Now they mail me a letter saying they haven't heard from me and I have to pay month to month!!

They said they would fix my broken AC.... The matinence guy looked me in the face and said he would do it and when and never did... was NEVER DONE.

They STARTED painting the doors but left it totally undone and now want to keep peopels apartment doors open for the next paint to dry.. but they dont say WHEN this will happen!

I used to lvoe it here.. the aggravation here is leading me to take action however.

STAY AWAY... Nice place Nice location Nice aparmtnet BAD MANAGEMENT and VERY Bad AC also
