I've had a horrible experience with Keswick, as I write this my AC is not working, its 95 out, and Keswick says too bad we have 20 other people with the same problem.

There's 4 small dumpsters with 400 tenants, you can imagine this is an ugly scene the days before garbage day.

Our first apartment was a 1 bdr with extremely loud neighbors, made several complaints, nothing changed, when we tried to leave they offered us a better deal on a bigger unit, 2 weeks before the move they changed the deal on us and pretty much forced us to take what they would give since we already booked movers.

Renters Beware!!!
