We had no problem with the management at Keswick until it was time for us to move.

They refused to honor our military clause, were very condescending, and like others who have posted, charged us a pro-rated rate to replace carpet that was over four years old.

Be sure to have all your ducks in a row and take many detailed pictures upon move out.

Trust me, you'll need them!
