I have lived in run in all sorts of Apartments before, and the management here is by far THE WORST! Don't let the pretty landscape and nice buildings fool you, b/c that is the ONLY thing this place has going for it.
We have lived there for 6 months. Oour fridge leaked for the 1st 3 months all over the floor. After many repair calls when they told us it was "fixed" we finally came home to a letter on our counter that said "you got your new fridge" Sarcasm not funny.
They the "fitness center" didn't have working AC for over a month during the most humid and hot days of the summer...in addition to ver 100 apt units not having AC for WEEKS before they fixed them all.
Now the "state of the art fitness center" (really they just got machines that are not 10 years old, and put in carpet and a mirror) has only been available from 9am-6p M-F. For $1400 a month...most of us have to work 9-5 and cannot utilize the facility.
Anytime you ask for an update...you never get an anwer.
Cars have been broken into, there are stray cats attacking renters dogs...they say they are putting up "cat traps" I have yet to see one!
Please....for $1400 a month...it is not worth the constant frustration, and the patronizing managment when you call for answers.
