My husband and i lived there for a year, and had few if any problems. They are a bit high in price, but you get what you pay for. We loved our loft apartment and had no problems heating it. Our air broke in mid summer and it did take about 3 days for them to fix that- we were not happy about that. We thought they had good community parties and the pool area was nice. Overall we loved living at Keswick and would go back!
