When I first moved here I loved the apartment, the grounds, and the staff. Since the management changed hands I have had NOTHING but PROBLEMS. Lack of communication being the main issue and unprofessional communication when they actually communicate.

It seems the staff is more concerned about the appearance of Keswick than the people that actually live here. Wait...maybe that's their plan treat the current residents so bad that they don't renew their lease so they have another empty apartment to renovate.

Safety is also an issue with people being held up while walking around the grounds. Unfortunately the only reason I know this is because of a Cop I know, Keswick doesn't seem to care about our safety either or they would have sent out a notice like the old management company did when crimes occur on the grounds.

Six months ago I would have said this was a great place to live, and did in a previous post, but DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!
