I recently move here and everything has been going really well. Everything from signing my lease to moving in was really great. The office staff was very helpful and friendly. Signing my lease was really easy. When we moved in the maintenance staff was also extremely helpful. The few issues with the apartment were adress quickly, and everyone was very nice. I really love living here. The property is very pretty and it seems like they are working on making it even better. I would defenitly recommend Keswick Park!

i completely agree w/the above 2 comments, seems mighty fishy... i had the completely opposite experience in all of those things... they are trying to pad the ratings (in my opinion)...

I have to agree with the Anonymous post above that the review smells funny. Old habits die hard and Keswick Park was a bad habit I got rid of at first chance. If anyone gives a review giving kudos to management, parking, quality of the apartments, safety or security, then chances are it's a bogus review.

Yeah, something seems very fishy about this rating, because I am a current resident and I have had nothing but problems since the Berkshire management took over. I preferred the way Bozzuto ran things. There have been break ins and residents receving unlawful fines due to lack of organization skills of Berkshire management employees at Keswick.

I know that when there are changes in the property that there will be some dissatisfied residents as change sometimes is not always welcome.
