If you are considering moving to Keswick Park Apartments, keep it moving.
There is a long list of issues of why you shouldn t move here, but I will keep it short.
The main issues lye with management and maintenance.
The property is managed by Berkshire, in which they took over in the beginning of July.
Since that time there have been numerous wrongful court orders being put on residents doors.
There are numerous safety issues, such as apartments and cars being broken into.
Maintenance disrespects residents homes by going into their bathroom without asking permission.
When the property was managed by Bozzuto things ran a whole lot more smooth.
The people in the leasing office are unprofessional, have poor communication and customer services skills.
So do yourself a favor and keep it moving.
I would suggest a Bozzuto managed property.
My lease is up in May and I will be going back to Bozzuto.
