Do yourself a favor and don t rent at Keswick Park Apartments. While the community looks well put together on the outside, your major issues are going to be with management. They exhibit poor customer service, poor communication skills, and poor professionalism. You want to live in a community where things run smoothly from the inside (management and maintenance) and out (a well groomed community).

I agree with you, I lived here in 2005 to 2007 and they started out with excellent Management in the office and good service but it got steadily worse, the garbage compactors were constantly full before the truck came to empty them and the area stuck from Garbage especially in the summer pugh... Bottom line the Apartments are nice enough but you get poor customer/tenent service which is a shame. The Rent price is very high also,they list it as a upper end Appt complex which is fine but you have to provide the Tenant service to go with it which they don't.
