I am a current resident, and I thought the transition period would be a little rocky since the management has changed, but save yourself the headache. They rarely even answer the phone or return your calls from the management office, you constantly have flyers on your door about people having to come in to your apartment. You now have to pay a separate water/sewage fee that is not worth it. We had such a great new manager with Buzzuto towards the end, and now that they were bought out by Berkshire, I feel like we made such a huge mistake by moving here. Save your money, because they are charging overwhelming fees for living here now, and with BGE bills becoming unbearable, this is NOT worth it. They've made improvements with landscaping, so the complex looks nice enough, but seriously save yourself the headache and find another complex in the area.

would like to comment on Buzzoto had such a great New manager at the end what happened at the beginning? Also, what fee are you paying? I'm not paying a fee! BG&E has nothing to do with the community we are all feeling this and I mean even people who live in homes. I have spoken to a lot of people that live in other communities and homes and they say they are paying just the same. I spoke to one person and she said she is paying $80 for water/sewer at her complex.
