I lived in this community for 3 years and was actually planning to renew my lease until the new management took over.
As mentioned in earlier posts, the new staff is inexperienced, unprofessional and non-communicative.
Further, the upgrading process was/is completely mismanaged - maintenance coming into the apartment at all hours without notice, drywall being removed and covered with particle board inside the apartments and the grounds appearance also suffered as the exterior grounds are updated and/or holding equipment for the renovation apartment.
Overall, while I think a lot of the problems lie with the new ownership, I also do believe until the renovations are complete, the complex will continue to be chaotic on the tenants' overall experience within their own homes.
