The complex is way too pricey.
They disconnected one of the 2 TV's in the workout room.
They shutoff the hot water in the restroom.
Now there are more and more shady characters around the complex.

Wow, I must be psychic! Read my post from a couple of years ago titled ??????Over Priced Projects??????. Your problems are nothing that wasn??????t expected from Keswick. There were on the downhill slide long ago. The other problem is that Crofton has many sections in it that have gone down hill over the past several years with all the crime elements from PG county making its way eastward. It??????s no longer the part of town where you want to raise your kids. I truly feel sorry for those who are stuck there and have to put up with all the bull that has moved into the area. I saw the writing on the wall a few years ago and moved out of the area to somewhere more rural and wholesome. Yeah, I had to move well over 60 miles from the area. They might as well consider it as part of PG County. It has nothing to do with the color of skin, just the quality of the people.

I am the new property managaer at Keswick Park since October. First, lets talk about the TV's, one is working and the other one was rerouted from the package room so the residents could change the channel themselves. I was not aware that one did not work. Thank you for letting me know and I will look into it. Second, I was not aware that there were issues with the hot water. I use the ladies room all the time and have not had any problems with the water in there, again, thank you I will look into it. Third, crime is everywhere it does not matter were you live. You can live in the best neighbor hoods and still have problems. If you see a person that looks shady then maybe you need to call the police. We did have a neighbor hood watch meeting and was given a lot of good information in reference to what we can do to keep our community wholesome like other areas. It takes more than one person to do this and with continued help with from residents such as calling the police when there is something out of the ordinary, this is greatly appreciated.

I have been a resident since October of 2008. The only real problems I seem to experience are the draftiness of the windows/sliding glass doors and some noise. There are some younger residents that don't seem to understand they should turn the sound systems down in their cars before turning into the complex. There have been at least 5 occasions when I am woken up at 3 am by the bass booming so loudly in a car or two as they arrive home. I wish management could do something about that. I am looking forward to the continued renovations and the Spring & Summer landscaping around the building and in the courtyards.
