Incompetent Apartment Management

When Bozzuto owned this property it was a wonderful place to live.
Now that Bershire Management has taken over the issues just keep coming.
First off when the new management took over they put eviction notices on many doors because they didn't have the most updated rental payment information from the last management company (inept).
More recently they redid the water piping system in all the apartments.
My roommate and I noticed a weird smell in our water and that the water had a strange taste to it and thus we were unable to use our water to bathe or able to drink the water.
When we let management know of our concerns they gave us a key to use a vacant apartment (why should we have to leave our apt to use water- how inconvenient is that') but did not have someone come out to test our water.
Instead the assistant manager told me that if I was concerned that the water is affecting my health (I have chronic allergies and the smell of the water gives me a headache) that they are not forcing me to live here and thus I can just put in my two months notice...
If having a proffessional, caring and competent apartment management means anything to you I advise you look elsewhere...
I plan on moving to a Bozzuto owned community once my lease is up here.

The water did have something in it, because we had the same problem. We are getting out of here as soon as we can. Having a washer and dryer in the apartments is nice...but it's not worth all of this...what's with the signs talking about a stimulus package? I want to know how much they are charging new tenants when they move in. Anyone reading this that's thinking about living here...do yourselves a big favor and try to find something else. Even Annapolis has rentals for what we are paying here, and I think Gambrills is where Bozutto owns a complex now?

The issue about the eviction notices is 100% true and INEXCUSABLE! Did they REALLY THINK half the complex was deliquent on rent? Nice first impressioN! And after that was cleared up, to add insult to injury, they tried next month to charge me a LATE FEE because of THEIR SCREW UP...
