I recently moved to Keswick park.
I don't have any troubles so far.
The management was really good and they took care of all the issues really well.
Crofton area is really good and this place is near to everything, Shopping, Schools, bars etc.
The apartments are not really sound proof and hence you can hear when some one goes down by the stairs, but its not bad to wake you when you are sleeping(you need some noise anyway right and i know this before renting the apartment.
Also my friend told that no one can sleep in the bedroom if some one takes shower in your apartment as it is very noisy).
I think most of the comments are written by B......
management people, but I don't have any idea what all did the previous management do.
I am really satisfied with my move so far.
This complex is not diversified( Most are white, few AA and really few others).
It feels really safe as its lit with lots of lights.
There are lot of kids in this complex compared to other complex I lived so far.
I will update this if I get to know some other information.

I really believe this review was written by management. Because you mention that you believe that most of the reviews were written by B.... management. How would you know about Bozzuto, if you are just moving to the community, BE REAL and say Bozzuto instead of B.... management. That sounds like someone from management, who can't legally mention Bozzuto (when things ran much more smoothly around here). To be honest with you, most of the reviews are coming from the residents of this community. SO GET A LIFE BERKSHIRE MANAGEMENT, GROW UP AND STOP WITH ALL THE CHILDISH GAMES, GET SOME WORK ETHIC, LEARN HOW TO COMMUNICATE AND BE PROFESSIONAL. NOW SPEAK ON THAT.......

I 100% agree! Berkshire must be posting the positives, because there's NO way that someone living here would post that! I've spoken to other people that lived here at one point, and they were happy they got out right as Berkshire got in. They screwed up the billing so bad in the beginning, overcharging, claiming that people didn't pay the rent when they had etc. etc. These guys are an absolute mess! They are one of the cons to moving here, and the others are:
small water heaters, so you have to take short showers
the utility bill is insane in the winter, so you can't really have the heat on luke warm if that
you can hear everything out in the parking lot
some shady looking characters have been popping up
they put flyers on your door a LOT
they charge you more if you sign a new lease
they say they contacted you when they didn't
the list goes on and on.

CRAPPPP!!!! Who writes that way? It was very "staged" so to speak. Way to go Berkshire...keep trying to trick people to move here. I will be out as soon as my lease is up! By the way Bozzuto was fine. I didn't have any problems until Berkshire took over!!!!
