I really believe that the last review was written by management at Keswick Park and they are the ones trying to blame Bozzuto for most of the bad reviews.
The staff at Keswick Park Apartments needs to get a life and some work ethic, instead of writing false reviews.
So instead of the immature behavior, try getting some training in professional work behavior, and good customer service skills.

That's only because the other 1000 residents haven't gotten on this site to post any comments. Anyone that's thinking of moving to Keswick should knock on a random door and ask to speak to an actual tenant, who has dealt with the poor quality of Berkshire's management.

I am the manager of Keswick Park and I just wanted you to know we have over a 1000 residents here and we only have hand full of bad reviews. This does not show a true picture of our staff and community. I welcome anyone to stop by our property or come and see me personally.
