Better the second time around !

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
I lived at the community for 2 years and moved out of state and now I am back. I had to get on the waiting list which moves pretty fast about 30-60 days. So if you like the community, you want to get on the LIST !
There have been lots of improvements made.
They have some newer fitness equipment and offer water aerobics FREE !
The parking is assigned for residents. They have a resident reserved area.
The maintenance is great! If I call in a work order I get the work done within 24 hours. (Not weeks)
The office staff is very personalable.
I think the area is great, close to EVERYTHING !
I love it here.
