I've lived here for about 9 months now. I laugh when I read the negative reviews, because they're obviously written by stupid people. I LOVE it here.... the neighborhod is nice and quiet, the management is awesome, and the maintanance is above reproach. The floors are a bit squeaky, but once you get used to it the size of the apartment overtakes that. All the parking is centralized on front of the buildings, so regardless of whether you have a sticker or not, you're right in front of you're building. A 10 second walk has never killed anyone to my knowledge.
