The place is overrun with rats, and rednecks drink beer in the parking lot 'til 3 in the morning. They outlaw any bikes on the property as well. Moreover, dozens of cars get stolen or broken into each month.
If you are a crack addict, however, you don't have to go very far to buy some rock.

I totally disagree with this post. Main reason is because Crofton police patrol in the parking losts daily and randomly. This is a false posting in my opinion.

your opinion has no basis in reality. There is crack dealing going on there regularly, rodents in every apartment and cars are constantly being stolen or vandalized. You might see Barney Fife patrolling there in the parking lot, but the only thing I every saw patrol there was a greedy tow truck company looking for cars without stickers in the window in order to make a quick 300 dollars for a 3 mile tow to the impound cage. Drugs, rats, wife-beaters, psychiatric patients, and ugly divorced wenches with rowdy white -trash kids.

I live here and i have not seen any rodents in my apartment. The neighborhood is mostly quiet and peaceful. I'll give you the point about there being car break ins.But Northforest in my opinion is one of the best kept secrets in crofton.
