I'm a current resident and I have found my stay here to be well beyond my expectations. There is permit parking allowing everyone to have a convenient place to park. The Grounds are very well kept and the surrounding area is quiet and very safe. You can go for walks at anytime without fear of anything happening. The maintainance staff is always friendly, knowledgable, and stay on top of things, and the office staff is always friendly and ready to help with anything. Basically, I can go to work during the day with no worries, as I know when I come home I can rest and have piece of mind. I would highly recommend this community.
