I have lived at North Forest Apartments for 19months. I am a single mother of a 2 year old. I have never had any problems with my apartment. I love the staff. They are extremely nice. Whenever I have needed something done in my apartment it was done in a timely matter, and to my expectations. The floors do make alot of noise, but these are old apartments. If you dont want the floors to creek, than move into a newer apartment building. The neighborhood is very nice. The grounds are always well kept. I have never seen any rats. There are your usual animals that live on the grounds (ducks, rabbits, chipmunks) but nothing out of the ordinary. I have recommended these apartments to several people, and will continue doing so.
