AWFUL!!! - Staff of leasing office is terrible. Maintanence workers are useless. Nothing that I have complained about has been fixed. Great Spot - Hey All, I rented here for 2 years until a bought my house. This place is great, its a quiet area near a lot of shopping (Waugh Chapel, etc) Highly recommended. Also nice area to walk since there are sidewalks everywhere. It has a nice park nearby to ride bikes or walk the trails. Horrible experience I would not recommend Keswick to anyone! The management is rude, ignorant and have no people skills. I have had to call maintenance numerous times plus they hike your rent up drastically after each year. The management also sends out/posts rude letters with horrible grammar

Best place ever! My husband and I are moving out of Keswick after living here a little over 2 1/2 yrs. WE just bought a house in Crofton, great location, and if it weren't for that we would still be renting here. I have had nothing but a positive experience here all across the board.

The management team is aweful They simply ignore my numerous requests (by phone, fax ad emails) for the deposit refunding.
When I called them, they said sth like "sorry", or "the headquater will send you the check...", etc, but then no results. "Idling"

Disappointed The complex is way too pricey. They disconnected one of the 2 TV's in the workout room. They shutoff the hot water in the restroom. Now there are more and more shady characters around the complex.

Rats and Rednecks The place is overrun with rats, and rednecks drink beer in the parking lot 'til 3 in the morning. They outlaw any bikes on the property as well. Moreover, dozens of cars get stolen or broken into each month.
