O.K. this place is off the hook. The property managers does nothing to enforce rules.The men walk around all day long acting like there on something. 9801 third floor is off the hook with drugs. 9805 has top floor has people in that building that have been banned.
9817 poor dirty old white man always hitting on everyone.
9821 seems to be a decent building with the exception of an older women that likes to scream back and fourth . And she just moved in a few months ago go figure! There are several tenent's in that building that I always see sweeping and cleaning that place.
The weekends are a mess around there. Some women like to get beat bye there men and
continue to let them back to shack up there. talk about stupid!
The maintance people like to walk around all day and act like they are working. but in reality they are flirting with all the trash around there.
There are younger kids that are out all of hours of the night w/o supervision. Parents who do not work getting drunk, bumming ciggs, rides, whatever they can get from anyone around there. These kids have no respect for peoples cars. Maybe cause there parents do NOT own anything.
You have teenagers having babies themself's. you would think they would get an education and get the hell out of that place. But hey maybe that's all they no being raised themselfs in that enviroment. What the hell I work 5 days a week and pay rent.My kids have been targeted on several occasions but , they also known right from wrong.
I have met some really nice people who are very thoughtful, and very giving one young lady in 9821. She does look out for people and really cares for others. I known this personally she has given me clothes, food, advice, even a ride sometimes to the store.
I would like to see something done to the young man who likes to drive erratic around the parking alot with his young toddlers in the car . He has no regards to life, respect, or class for that matter.
I'm happy to say I have moved on to bigger and better places in life. This place was surely a stepping stone. Peace out people! I'm out of here six years of nothing but pure hell.
