I just moved here from NH and was looking for a nice, NON-urban setting to live. I live in one of the 'under' units at Greenhills now, and I have been there for about 6 months. My take is that it isn't a bad spot. If the people above you are rude, then it can get a bit noisy, because you are underneath 2 townhouse units in the under-apartments. The agency that manages the units is nice and prompt, and they fix things-- albeit not as well as you would do in your own home, it is certainly sufficient. There are sometimes a small group of kids on our street that generally 'loiter' on bicycles, and play, but again, nothing serious. I feel safe in this setting, like having the grass and hills around me-- as well as the bike/running path 200 yards away. I recommend giving them a shot!
