This place is overpriced, ugly, and the management (and management company) are completely unresponsive to needs. Each size floor plan is at least $100 more than the neighboring (and much prettier) competition, the floors in the kitchen look like they came from a doctor's office, the fireplaces are rediculously cheesy looking, there are no medicine cabinets in the bathrooms, there is no real ability to have a dining room, the bathtubs are TINY (I didn't even know that was possible), and I've just heard that a shopping center is going right next door. So when you go in, it seems like it will be a nice quiet community, but just wait until the traffic starts coming through to go to the shopping center. The amenities lack COMPLETELY (perhaps when its done being built it will be better, although it doesn't seem there will be space for anything else), there is no playground, and the grounds are a mud pit since its still under construction. We got delayed for our move in by over a month and they only gave us a week and a half's notice. By law, they were supposed to refund a portion of our application fee, but we never saw that back and it took them about a month to get our holding deposit back to us. We only had a week to find someplace else to live. UNBELIEVABLE!!!! And the poor girl who had to break the news to us was so nice to help us as best she could and the management company did nothing to help anyone, including her, get through it. If it weren't for her, we never would have found someplace else to live in such a short amount of time. Needless to say we're feeling very jaded by the situation. This management company has a LOT to learn about treating customers with respect, and until they learn it, I urge you to not live here!!!!!
