The management service are too poor. I have 3 months with the corridors lights burned, the parking is flooding when rain, not maintenance personnel available, the gym is too small, only 6 machines for 200 apartments.

The price is too high in compare with other similar projects near. The pool is not available yet, is under construction since 7 months ago.

The ponds are dirty and with uncomfortable odor. The waste disposal are located in the parking area at side to your car.

The construction have to many deficiencies, the quality of materials are too bad and the floor sound with your walk on. You can hear your neighboring when is washing and taken a shower.

The landscape was offered be ready long time ago, you can come to see the sand for everywhere.

Not recommend this place to live.
