This place is the worst. Don't be fooled. It looks great from the outside in. The management is terrible. We've seen 3 different managers in 4 months. They have no idea how to run this place. The cops are there daily, call delmar or salisbury police dept. they respond to more calls here than anywhere else. The pool is never open, the construction of this place is horrible; they cut every corner possible in construction. We have 3 dead outlets in our two bedrooms that aren't even wired up our dryer vent goes nowhere. We have water damage behind the stove, the A/C's leak. The floors are not level, we had to replace all the light bulbs when we moved in. Our circuit breaker constantly trips, the fire alarm only works half the time (because of the Circuit Breaker and poor wiring) They change the locks on doors and garages without notifing you, because they can't get the scheduling and availability or the apartment numbers correct. We are moving as soon as possible! Don't be fooled by the model apartments or their great website. This place is the ghetto for $1000 a month. Talk to anyone who has lived there for 2 months. If you are considering this place, ask around first please. This place is a living nightmare.

It is a shame that this is a new place and the management company has turned it into a slum. like the rest of their properties As far as keeping managers they are famous for it once they see what kind of people they work for they quit. They are not a professional company at all. I would not rent anything from these people I too have had a bad experience with my apartment and maintenance never fixing anything

an FYI- Pond's Edge hird their first maintenance person nearly 18 months after they opened- what does that tell you? And no irrigation system or hose outlets for watering all the grounds! well, townhouses and the office have water hookups outside. The pool opened 16 months after this place opened. It was a dirt hole for 3 months. YES- upper management doesn't care at all!!!
