FINALLY a manager that is concerned about our homes. I met Sharon yesterday and she seems to be a very down to earth person. My only hope is that the managment company will find some good, down to earth maintenance personnel with just a little knowhow. then i beleive this place would be a great place to live,

HAve you met Sharon? Having also lived at Mill Pond when she had her rein of terror, she is your WORST NIGHTMARE!

Well, not to worry, Sharon is no longer here as of January 2009. As with the rest of the staff, don't know who works here at any given time.
