Horrible Management Company

I wasn't able to get anyone on the phone, which isn't out of the ordinary because their phones and internet are shut off at least once a month for non payment, so I went to the office and come to find out that Diane AND Kim are no longer with the company. They were the glue holding this property together. It doesn't suprise me, this management company gets ride of or pushes the good staff out the door when things are FINALLY headed in the right direction. Honestly I can't beleive Diane and Kim made it that long. If I was them I wouldn't have sat in the clubhouse listening to the fire alarm for two months although both of them always had a smile on their face and apologized in advance for the noise.
Since they are not here I recommend everyone STAY AWAY!!!! The management company is extremly shady. Our trash doesn't get picked up on a regular basis - have to assume it is because of non payment - this wouldn't be the first time, the business center computers never work and they refuse to fix them, the pool has been shut own by the health inspector because of the chemicals ... in general this community is horrible because of the management company. I wish the owners would have more respect for the residents and hire a mangement company that wants to actually work and not just sit back and collect money.

Since Diane started I have experienced the complete opposite of what is written in the post. Maintenance is still horrible, the office staff doesn't really care about the proplems and there are so many empty apartments here it is ridiculous. Only 2 more months and my lease is up and I am out of here!

Am in agreement with HappyinSalisbury. The hopes that are expressed about the new staff will soon go down the sewer drain, like the rainwater sometimes does. Glad Frank finally got a helper. This place didn't hire its' first maintenance person until it had been open over 7 months! And many times, the off-hours emergency line never works! Nice when you have water leaks or no heat, etc. Can't wait to move out. Hope Diane can last- six managers in 23 months- not good. And many, many office personnel have come and gone- some only lasting a few weeks. And no DM for the management company for several months. Who is looking out for the many complexes on Delmarva?

The office staff clearly wrote this review. They are only doing this because the reviews here are true and they can't rent the apartments. This place will never change it has been like this since I moved here last year and I am moving as soon as my lease is . The management company is to blame.

I promise you I don't work for the office staff. You couldn't pay me enough money to work there! Diane and Kim have thier hands full fixing previous manager's screw ups but they actually seem as if they care. I too am moving out at the end of next month. The management company is completely too blame, I've never heard of a company that you call to speak with someone in upper management. They have never provided us (residents) the service we deserved, but the ladies in the office now have only been there a few weeks and they have given us better service than anyone so far. I only see it fair too share the positive experience. I have definately shared my bad experiences.

I have lived in this apartment complex for a few years now. I really like my apartment, who would'nt like a brand new place? I've had no problems with the office people, actually I don't have to even go in the office, it's been probably over a year since I went into the office. I put my rent check in the drop-box and that's about all the interaction I have with the office. Maintenance was lacking at first, they had 1 maint. guy for a long, long time, and work orders never got done. But now they have some good Maintenance people and they are getting things taken care of, I have even seen them out putting down grass seed recently AND STRAW which was what needed to hold the grass seed down in the first place. I have no problems with this place at all. As far as apartments in the Salisbury area go, I have been to the rest of them, and this is by far the most upscale and nicest place to live...period.
