For the most part, we absolutely love it here! We live in the condo section of Mallard Cove, apartment building 8040. We also rent from someone who owns the condo, so that should be considered in the management rating section.

This condo is incredibly gorgeous. We love the layout and everything.

The only things that we do not like are:
1. The walls are very thin. We can hear when the person downstairs turns on the exhaust fan in the bathroom.
2. Parking lot security has been a huge issue. My signifigant other's windsheild was smashed by a random vandal, and several cars have been broken into in the parking lot. Make sure you have a car alarm if you move in here! vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
