This apartment is good for the fact that it is the only one in the immediate area with an in unit washer and dryer. Unfortunately, the surrounding are makes for a bad location. It is surrounded by much larger complexes which have a lot of criminal activity. This complex is only 108 units very small and would be lovely if in a different neighborhood.
