I'm laughing my ass off at the reviews of the other complexes in the area. Dunhill is small and has a prompt community manager and two really cool maintenance guys. They usually respond to a call same day. Nobody hangs out, very few kids (no teenagers), clean , quiet. Rent is probably the highest in the area. $800 (all utilities included) for a 1 bedroom but I'll pay that to avoid the drama of the other neighborhoods in the area. I've been here 3 years and my car has never been touched. I can only remember one notice about 1 break in 3 years! After that they enhanced the lighting and installed cameras on the property. The turnover is relatively low and most of the neighbors are great. They do have a salary requirement of like $35000. Maybe that keeps the ghetto people away. I'll stay here until a move into a house.

I am looking in the area and I agree that Dunhill Village should be ranked very high. But as far as the comment of this person saying : " They do have a salary requirement of like $35000. Maybe that keeps the ghetto people away." I think that is so unfair to say this. Just because a person makes a certain income does not make them more or less "ghetto". I make $45000 and I am not ghetto. But, there are people that I know that make more than me and they are ghetto. You are seriously "ghetto" or like my mom says.... " you must be a _____ that ain't never had nothin." You could have just made the review and made less comments on what a person's income is in comparison to their personalities. Again, Dunhill Village is the best. But, you need to be a little bit more humble with your comments when it comes to salaries and personalities. My sister makes $27,000 and she is not ghetto. Now what ? Again, BROTHER, humble yourself.
